Your safety has always been our primary concern, that’s why, during the initial stages of lockdown, we organised for your documents to be processed by email. It is however, important that you now send your original No Claims Bonus to us by post to allow us to complete your file.
Your No Claims Bonus should have been included in your renewal documentation from your previous insurer. We asked you to hold on to it until it was safe to post. If this has been misplaced please contact your previous insurer to obtain it.

Please note, failure to send this will result in the cancellation of your policy. This is something we really wouldn’t like to see happen, so you will be sent weekly reminders and if necessary a final letter with a cancellation date in the future as a last reminder.
