Can I email my proof of no claims bonus?

This depends on which underwriter you’re with through AA. This can be found in the ‘Underwriter & Premium Information’ section of your Car Insurance policy documents that we emailed and posted to you when you set up your policy with us.

For Allianz, AXA, RSA, Liberty, KennCo or Zurich policies: Yes. You can email your No Claims Bonus to [e-mail] or post to the below address.

For Aviva policies: This needs to be posted to the below address as we cannot accept an email copy. You may need to request a hardcopy of your No Claims Bonus from your previous provider. Otherwise, it can be found in your renewal invite pack. A return envelope will be included with your policy documents sent from the AA.
